All bags, packs, and apparel purchased directly from Northwinds Outdoor Group or an authorized retailer are covered by a limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship (manufacturing flaws that affect the function or durability of the product)
  • Premature product failure under normal and intended use

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our discretion:

  3. Provide store credit if a replacement is not available.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
